I lead QA testing for Amazon's Alexa+ and confidential AI products, including alexa.com and Nova, across Echo Show, Fire TV, web, and mobile platforms.
I own end-to-end regression, sanity, feature, and beta testing across six domains, validating backend LLM/API calls alongside front-end UI behavior. I also build and maintain test scenarios with project managers and software QA engineers.
I lead and mentor a team of three test associates, coordinating daily work, onboarding, quality audits, bug reporting, and issue triage with developers, on-call engineers, and leadership. I've also built internal AI tools and introduced testing practices that streamline daily testing and reporting.
My earlier Amazon work included functional, localization, regression, targeted, and bug-retesting for Fire TV devices. I bring additional leadership experience from managing kitchen teams, quality control, training, inventory, and operations, as well as creating social content for an audience of roughly 200K.
