What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level QA role where I can test APIs, web, or mobile applications, contribute clear bug reports and automation, and grow alongside a collaborative engineering team focused on reliable, user-centered releases.

I've tested the Urban Grocer Web App API using Postman, JSON, XML, SOAP requests, and structured bug reports, validating response accuracy, completeness, and robustness across endpoints.

For Urban Lunch and Urban Routes, I've debugged UI and backend issues, performed performance testing, and built Selenium automation scripts using the Page Object Model. I use Chrome DevTools, HTML inspection, Jira, GitHub, and assertion-driven test cases to improve test coverage, maintainability, and defect detection.

My experience supervising fast-paced operations at Tim Hortons has strengthened my quality focus, root-cause analysis, prioritization, and ability to resolve issues quickly. I'm building on this foundation through QA Engineering training and an Associate of Science in Computer Science.
