What I'm looking for

I’m eager to begin a new career path in the US where I can apply my digital SME banking, project management, capital management, and cross-functional team leadership experience.

At Hua Xia Bank, I led a 25-person digital product team designing online products for small and medium-sized clients, growing the portfolio to 700+ products supporting 4 billion RMB in compound outstanding loans. I brought together Credit, Operations, Risk Management, Auditing, Legal, and IT to create practical banking products.

Across 17 years in finance, I managed Basel III ICAAP delivery, capital-ratio requirements, data governance, risk and customer relationship data marts, and Tier II capital planning. I’m now eager to bring my product, project management, and team leadership experience to a new career path in the US.
