I’m looking for a PMO leadership role where I can drive enterprise transformation—improving governance, portfolio success, and measurable ROI through agile/hybrid delivery, strong stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Transformational PMO leader with 20+ years managing project portfolios in financial services. I’ve built a proven track record of raising project success rates, optimizing capital allocation, and driving measurable ROI through enterprise PMO governance and digital transformation—recognized as one of the Top 4 PMO Leaders in the Americas in 2021.

At FICOHSA FINANCIAL GROUP, I lead the strategic program for operational excellence and procurement transformation, developed in partnership with McKinsey & Company. I oversee planning, prioritization, and execution of the initiative portfolio, coordinate initiative/project owners across business units, and champion organizational change through new operational models and continuous improvement.

From 2014 to 2024, I served as Transformation and Project Management Office Head, spearheading enterprise-wide transformation through a directive PMO. I defined and institutionalized industry-standard methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks, mentored a cross-functional team of project and program managers, and partnered with IT and business teams to implement digital tools that improved operational workflows and customer engagement.

My results include increasing project success rate from 18% to 63%, and earning Best Project Management Office in the Americas (2020) by the PMO Global Alliance. Earlier, as a Project Manager on T24 core banking implementation, I led end-to-end go-live, integrated over 50 systems and interfaces, and supported modular scalability with a service-oriented architecture (SOA). I’m also the elected leader of the PMI Honduras Chapter and currently focused on applied AI for business transformation.
