Jefferson Laban
@jeffersonlaban
Electrical engineer focused on high-voltage power systems and safe preventive maintenance.
What I'm looking for
I’m a passionate Electrical Engineer with robust expertise spanning high-voltage power systems and hands-on maintenance. I design, analyze, and optimize electrical systems for efficiency and reliability, while staying strongly committed to strict safety and energy conservation practices.
Through roles such as Electrical Engineering Intern and Maintenance Volunteer, I’ve performed preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance across critical infrastructure. I’ve troubleshot backup generators, maintained lighting and building wiring, and supported the operation of electrical circuits, motor controllers, and breakers—always with a focus on safe, clean, dependable work.
I also bring industrial automation and control experience from my Instrumentation and Control Intern work, including installing, calibrating, and troubleshooting pressure and temperature transducers, flow measurement systems, radar tank gauging, and valve actuators. Alongside this, I’ve worked with PLCs, motors, UPS battery systems, and fuel accounting/truck loading control, and I’ve supported building services design and supervision with AutoCAD.
