I currently lead an 11-country S/4HANA and Manhattan rollout at ALDI SÜD, supporting more than 7,300 locations across Europe and Australia. I own a EUR 2M budget across 12 concurrent projects and work directly with C-level stakeholders across international transformation programmes.

I’ve delivered SAP programmes 20% faster than industry benchmarks, reduced S/4HANA migration costs by 18% through vendor renegotiation, and maintained 99.9% SLA compliance during peak retail trading. I also delivered ALDI SÜD’s first enterprise AI and SAP integration, cutting manual pre-cycle validation effort by 50%.

Alongside programme delivery, I founded Glokal AI, where I built three production Google Cloud-native products for the DACH market, including an SAP Knowledge Agent that reduced SAP query resolution time by 60% in validation testing. I developed an ISO/IEC 42001-aligned AI governance framework for model risk, privacy, and bias mitigation in regulated SAP landscapes.

My experience includes five years in SAP SE’s product organisation, as well as enterprise engineering and testing roles at Endava, Standard Chartered Bank, Oracle Cerner, and Tata Consultancy Services. I bring hands-on depth in S/4HANA, FI/CO, BTP, performance engineering, quality assurance, governance, and enterprise AI.
