At Lavergne.id, I assisted the business owner with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, coordination, and document preparation. I also followed up on ongoing work and maintained digital business files.

I managed product uploads across WordPress and social media platforms, updating pricing, descriptions, images, and stock information. I used Excel and Google Sheets to track data and keep product information consistent across records and public platforms.

I maintained records of incoming and outgoing inventory, monitored product movement, and assisted with checking and reconciling inventory data.

In a concurrent social media support role at Lavergne.id, I uploaded content to Instagram and TikTok, prepared captions and scheduled posts, and responded to messages and comments. I also used Canva to prepare and edit content from existing templates.
