I’m a UX/UI designer and UX researcher focused on turning business immersion and user interviews into clear themes, evidence-based design decisions, and scalable design systems. At Deloitte - Delivery Center (2021-Present), I drive concept ideation, wireframing, and prototyping, and I work across research, synthesis, and design system development—using AI tooling like DoveTail, Taqtic, Gemini, Notebook, Claude, Sidekick, and Figma MCP.
Previously, I led a 4-person design team serving PMs, researchers, and dev teams, triaging 15 major epics and 200+ user stories with a 94% first-pass acceptance rate. I introduced dynamic Figma prototyping (+150 variables), led a design audit for Salesforce SLDS2 Design System migration, and earned 2 Client Impact Applause Awards; earlier at AT&T and NYU Hospital, I built design foundations using Salesforce Lightning Design System and delivered technology integration UX/UI for platforms including a Next Generation Portal/Intranet (SharePoint).
