At TENEA Global Services, I contribute to operational continuity for users in a corporate banking environment serving Grupo BC. I diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 incidents, tracking them in Jira and escalating according to procedures.

I administer routine Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD operations, including account changes, groups, permissions, password resets, unlocks, and MFA. I also prepare and support Windows 10/11 equipment and users’ remote access.

Previously, at COS Global Services, I supported Windows and Windows Server users, administered Active Directory, Office 365, and GPO, and resolved access and connectivity issues in VMware and Hyper-V environments. At Zaidan S.L., I installed, configured, and maintained user equipment, systems, and applications.

I’m developing an enterprise infrastructure lab with OPNsense, Windows Server, Ubuntu Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO to deepen my systems administration skills. I also automated a Docker image build and publication pipeline using GitHub Actions and Git.
