What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can manage day-to-day store operations, coach teams, stay on top of inventory and payroll, and deliver a clean, dependable customer experience with growth opportunities.

I lead store operations end to end, managing employees, daily accounting, and keeping every aspect customer-ready. I’m responsible for store inventory and coordinating store truck orders from vendors, while also ensuring the inside and outside of the store is presentable and that gas pumps are 100% operable.

I hire accordingly, build schedules, and handle weekly payroll, while coaching teams to execute consistently. I’ve also helped stores hit promo goals monthly, managed multiple stores at once for over 3 months, and taught other store managers daily paperwork, scheduling, inventory, and audits.
