What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can coordinate vendors, timelines, and on-site details to deliver seamless, elevated experiences—using calm, client-focused communication and behind-the-scenes execution in fast-paced teams.

I’m an Event & Client Experience Specialist with a background in luxury event execution, vendor coordination, creativity, and calm energy in fast-paced environments. I thrive in roles where I can support, coordinate, and create impact behind the scenes.

From private and large-scale events to themed luxury sleepover setups, I’ve supported execution end-to-end—coordinating vendors, managing setup and breakdown, and delivering on-site, client-focused support. I also create content and brand support materials, including custom décor elements like tablescapes, backdrops, and signage.

Beyond event work, I bring high-touch communication and customer service through end-to-end client support, workshop coordination, social media promotion, and front desk-style operations. I’ve also contributed to trauma-informed and emergency response efforts through crisis support, safety planning, CPR/BLS readiness, volunteer scheduling, and incident response.
