At Federal Doors, I produce Division 8 (Openings) and Division 10 (Specialties) takeoffs and cost estimates from architectural drawings, schedules, and specifications. I prepare quotations and bid packages, and document RFIs against their source.
I coordinate vendors and subcontractors on pricing, lead times, and product substitutions, and participate in bid invitations and bid-day coordination through BuildingConnected. I also support project management, schedule tracking, and progress billing.
Before Federal Doors, I prepared submittals, takeoffs, estimates, change orders, and RFIs as a Project Coordinator at Concretewest Construction. At SGC Global, I owned takeoffs and estimates for Division 10 and Division 11 packages.
At The Queen City Food Chain Inc., I directed architectural and interior fit-out works for commercial food and retail outlets from design handover to turnover.
