I’m a detail-oriented Civil Engineer and Construction Estimator with proven experience supporting US-based companies through end-to-end estimating and project communications. I’m trusted as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, keeping information clear, accurate, and buildable.

As a Remote Construction Estimator (Freelance), I interpreted architectural and structural plans for US and AU projects and generated accurate quantity take-offs with detailed cost breakdowns. I handled Division 3 – Concrete and Division 7 – Thermal and Moisture Protection scopes, communicated directly with US-based stakeholders, and managed RFIs, proposal revisions, and assumptions to keep bids moving.

I also handled document control, versioning, and audit-ready proposal formatting, which strengthened my reliability for workflow-driven, cross-team estimation work.
