I’m a Registered Nurse with leadership experience as Assistant Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility, specializing in clinical documentation review, interdisciplinary coordination, and regulatory compliance. I conduct comprehensive clinical reviews of new admissions to evaluate medical necessity, appropriate level of care, and care progression—supporting quality outcomes and efficient resource utilization.

In this role, I collaborate with providers to obtain and clarify documentation for authorization, continued stay justification, and treatment plans, while reviewing charts to ensure accurate records for reimbursement and minimizing risk of denials. Previously as a Floor Nurse/Supervisor, I performed ongoing clinical assessments and delivered skilled interventions such as IV therapy, wound care, and medication management to determine the continued need for skilled services versus transition to a lower level of care.
