What I'm looking for

I'm seeking HR opportunities in India or international markets where I can further develop my expertise in recruitment and human resource management.

I'm currently supporting multi-site workforce operations at HEISCO in Kuwait, maintaining attendance, overtime, shift, absenteeism, and manpower records for accurate payroll processing and reporting.

Previously at Macleods Pharmaceutical Ltd, I managed end-to-end hiring from requisition through offer rollout, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, supporting campus drives, and coordinating walk-in interviews.

I've also facilitated onboarding, salary discussions, benefits communication, and contract preparation. With an MBA in Human Resources, I bring accuracy, confidentiality, and process efficiency to recruitment and HR operations.
