At Deloitte I collaborated with stakeholders across functions and senior leadership to gather requirements and improve Standard Operating Procedures and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures for a Department of Defense client. I performed Business Process Modeling audits and identified optimization opportunities that streamlined operations.

I have hands-on experience with onboarding, training, and supporting users of proprietary systems, and I have executed UAT and manual testing to ensure quality releases. I design templates and documentation that increase team efficiency and consistency.
