What I'm looking for

I seek an operational IT role where I can manage networks, CCTV systems, backups, and transactional support within a team-focused environment offering growth and hands-on responsibilities.

I am an IT support and CCTV technician with hands-on experience installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, VPNs, and peripherals, while providing technical support across head office and branch locations. I have managed CCTV systems (DVR configuration, camera setup, monitoring, storage, recovery), maintained cloud/server backups, and resolved transactional software and remittance technical issues.

I consistently maintain IT assets and inventory, perform repairs and replacements, and troubleshoot hardware, software, routers, and switches. I bring practical knowledge of MS Office, 40 WPM typing, daily rate updates for banking exchange systems, and experience with Western Union, Ria, and National Bank transactional processes—focused on reliable operations and rapid problem resolution.
