At OHI Operations, I manage end-to-end US HR operations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and recruitment for a 120–150 employee workforce. I process bi-weekly payroll through ADP and Paycor and support employees with pay, tax, leave, benefits, and workplace-policy questions.
I oversee benefits administration with BCBS, Cigna, Guardian, and Spectrum 401(k), including open enrollment, life events, carrier billing, reconciliations, and audit support. I also develop HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks aligned with federal and state requirements.
Previously at Collabera, I delivered full-cycle recruitment for engineering, non-IT, and technology roles, from sourcing and screening through negotiation, offers, and onboarding. I built candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Metal for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time hiring.
