What I'm looking for

I want to continue delivering exceptional, customer-first service in fast-paced travel or hospitality roles. I’m looking for work where I can handle guest inquiries, resolve disruptions, coordinate operations, and grow within guest relations and airport-facing service.

I’m a Customer Support and Client Experience professional with experience in customer service, guest relations, airport operations, and issue resolution within the travel and hospitality industry. I meet and assist arriving and departing guests, handle inquiries and special requests, and manage itinerary changes while keeping the customer-first experience at the center.

Across roles at ASILIA AFRICA, KE-RAY TOURS, and during my internship at SIMPLE TOURS, I’ve strengthened my ability to resolve complaints and delays, coordinate operations with internal teams and external partners, and provide administrative support through strong communication and multitasking.
