What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead strategy-to-execution operating models and multi-site programs in regulated environments—building alignment, compliance, and durable performance through human-centered change, governance, and practical training that scales.

I’m a strategy and operations leader with 18+ years of experience driving transformation across behavioral health, education, and community-based systems. I’m known for a human-centered approach that builds alignment, trust, and execution discipline in complex, regulated environments. I translate organizational strategy into scalable operating models, governance and decision systems, and cross-functional initiatives that strengthen performance, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

As Regional Director – Southeast and a National Crisis Prevention Trainer at Aegis Crisis Prevention, I built and own an eight-state Southeast region from the ground up—developing 60+ partner organizations and owning the full revenue cycle from outreach through long-term account management. I led six state approval processes, built and lead the national Train-the-Trainer program, and created a virtual trainer re-certification format that expanded delivery reach nationwide. I also bring deep field leadership from my work as a Wilderness Field Instructor / Course Leader and operational leadership as an Associate Executive Director, strengthening safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across multi-site programs.
