At Omnicare, I lead enterprise inventory strategy across 75+ long-term care pharmacies serving more than 1,500 healthcare facilities, governing approximately $1.2 billion in annual pharmaceutical inventory. I reduced enterprise inventory financial days on hand by 5% while maintaining product availability and customer service.

I also direct daily operations at Vanguard Labs, an eight-line centralized pharmaceutical packaging facility with approximately 60 employees. I lead safe, accurate, compliant medication fulfillment, performance improvement, workforce development, P&L drivers, and cross-functional work with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Regulatory Affairs, IT, Pharmacy, and corporate leadership.

My background includes launching a long-term care pharmacy at Specialty Rx, leading high-volume LTC pharmacy operations at Omnicare, and managing community pharmacy operations at Target. As a licensed pharmacist and MBA candidate, I bring hands-on experience in medication safety, regulatory readiness, supply chain optimization, analytics, and scalable pharmacy operations.
