What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership pharmacy role where I can optimize operations, mentor teams, expand clinical services (MTM, immunizations), ensure regulatory compliance, and improve patient outcomes in a collaborative, patient-centered organization.

I am a Licensed Pharmacist with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and over 17 years of experience, including 12 years of leadership/management. I deliver accurate, timely results while building trusting relationships with patients, providers, and teams.

In retail and long-term care settings I have managed high-performing pharmacy teams, overseen dispensing and compounding for thousands of prescriptions weekly, and integrated clinical services such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management into daily workflow. I routinely resolve third party rejections, DURs, and ensure controlled substance record keeping and HIPAA compliance.

As Director of Long Term Care I serviced over 100 homes and 700+ patients, recruited and developed staff, and used monthly P&L and reconciliation reports to evaluate and improve service standards. I have provided MTM, med-pass training, and ongoing medication efficacy and safety monitoring.
