At SME Careers (SuperAnnotate), I direct quality evaluation workflows for AI training across neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and quantitative methods. I use Cohen’s Kappa to calibrate rubrics and reduce scoring drift, with scoring reliability above 90%.
For the Stealth Digital Health Initiative, I architected interaction models for an evidence-based mobile application grounded in cognitive neuroscience. I designed SQL telemetry requirements and psychometric survey metrics to assess drop-offs, pacing, and retention.
On my Cyclistic Bike-Share analysis project, I engineered a Python pipeline to process 4.58M+ trip records and built an interactive Tableau Public dashboard. The analysis showed commuter peaks, longer casual rides, and seasonal volume patterns, and informed three conversion strategies.
Earlier, at the University of Oregon EEG & Behavior Lab, I coordinated EEG/ERP studies and analyzed data in SPSS and Excel. My clinical work at Options / Emergence included psychodiagnostics, behavioral outcome tracking, and EHR compliance.
