@oksanaellison
I research digital mental health, sleep, and behavioral health using mobile and wearable data.
What I'm looking for
At Yale School of Medicine’s Digital INSIGHTs Lab, I study sleep and mental health in young adults using digital phenotyping, mobile sensing, wearable data, and clinical assessments. I analyze behavioral indicators including activity, mobility, screen time, actigraphy, and Oura Ring data.
I earned a PhD in Cognitive and Motor Neuroscience from Michigan State University, where my dissertation evaluated mindfulness-based cognitive therapy for anxiety and stress among college students. My work combines behavioral health research, EEG and fMRI-informed analysis, machine learning, and multivariate methods to evaluate digital interventions.
