I'm currently leading counter-fraud risk, governance and assurance activity at the Ministry of Defence, advising the CEO, Executive Committee and Audit & Risk Assurance Committee on fraud exposure, emerging threats and control weaknesses.

I've developed a Counter Fraud Strategy, Fraud Risk Assessment Paper and Pension Fraud Risk Report, turning complex financial crime risks into practical controls, executive recommendations and risk-based priorities.

Across the Metropolitan Police Service and Gloucestershire Constabulary, I led complex fraud and financial crime investigations, including pension fraud cases involving more than £1m in combined losses. I supervised teams of up to 10 personnel and achieved successful outcomes in approximately 80% of investigations managed or led.

I combine frontline investigative leadership with financial intelligence, OSINT, data analysis and multi-agency collaboration to strengthen organisational resilience, prevent fraud and improve control environments.
