Jasmine Hardmon
@jasminehardmon
Behavior Specialist and BCBA-focused leader delivering data-driven autism and disability support through training, supervision, and intervention planning.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Behavior Specialist with Board Certified Behavior Analyst credentials, focused on improving outcomes for students and families through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis. I design and implement behavior intervention planning across clinic, in-home, and school settings.
In my current role, I provide district-wide training, support school professionals with recording and graphing behavioral data, and guide functional behavioral assessments, behavior intervention plans, and progress monitoring. I also collaborate with parents, community agencies, and school teams to assess needs and develop supports for students with significant behavioral needs.
Previously, I served as an (acting) ASD Services Manager and Behavior Supervisor, overseeing consultation cases, behavior interventionists, caseloads, staffing/coverage, data collection, and parent/staff communication. I also supported hiring, applicant screening, ongoing training, weekly staff meetings, and grant-funded summer camp oversight.
Across earlier roles, I provided developmental services, parent trainings, case management, and behavior consultations via in-person and Telehealth. I use Motivational Interviewing to collaborate effectively, develop data collection systems, and support teams with classroom modifications and trauma-informed care.
