I’m an experienced and compassionate Member Service Specialist II focused on delivering excellent MSSII customer service. I support health platforms and products like HSA, FSA, HRA, and LSA, and when needed I create cases in Saleforce and follow-up with members.

I bring a strong compliance mindset from my background as a Table games Dealer/Dualrate-Skills Management (TOPS). I ensure accurate and efficient dealing, comply with game procedures and casino policies, and deescalate agitated members. I also worked as a Scheduling Specialist, scheduling patient appointments via phone and/or fax, documenting critical information, and applying Medical Necessity and insurance authorization knowledge within SLA authorization protocols and scheduling application workflows.
