I'm looking for opportunities where I can use media monitoring, social listening, audience analytics, and reporting to identify emerging issues and guide timely content, communications, and stakeholder decisions.

I build real-time media monitoring and sentiment dashboards for the City of New Carrollton, using Boolean queries across Cision, Cablecast, and community platforms to flag emerging public issues.
