I’m looking for a market research role where I can use data and customer insights to guide product and go-to-market decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, and keep improving research methods through measurable outcomes.

I’m a market research specialist who builds practical insight systems—so teams can react fast and decide with confidence. In my full-time role, I established a real-time market feedback loop to capture shifting customer preferences and emerging product trends across product, sales, and marketing.

I developed a competitive intelligence database covering benchmark brands across cross-border e-commerce platforms and DTC websites. By translating pricing architecture, product differentiation, and channel mix into go-to-market implications, I help stakeholders align on data-driven strategy adjustments.

I also run end-to-end customer behavior analysis using tools like FastMoss and Google Analytics, supported by targeted surveys and integrated reporting. I authored 130+ research reports combining primary and secondary data to support executive decision-making, and I focus on turning findings into clear product-roadmap priorities.

Before this, I strengthened my marketing communication foundation through PR and integrated marketing internships. From supporting media seeding and press-release work to building and analyzing retailer marketing datasets in Excel, I learned how to connect research, content, and campaign performance—then refine it through structured methods.
