Jasmine Anwuli Michaels
@jasmineanwulimichael
Founder and CEO focused on regenerative, wellness-oriented community development and adaptive reuse.
What I'm looking for
I’m a regenerative developer and systems strategist, and I lead OASES at the intersection of development, organizational strategy, philanthropy, sustainability, and community activation. As Founder and CEO, I translate ambitious visions into executable reality through a proprietary, systems-level framework that integrates eco-sustainability, sanctuary-based design, conscious urban planning, and integrative wellness.
I build and lead multidisciplinary teams—from small specialized groups to 40+—to guide projects from concept through implementation with both visionary direction and operational precision. My current and recent initiatives include BronzeWell (Chicago’s wellness campus), the South Side Sanctuary (13,000 sq ft adaptive reuse community gathering space), and the West Garfield Park Corridor Plan, alongside interim executive leadership and strategic rebrands like Sesenergi Eco Solutions.
