Led the design and community-centered activation of Harvest and managed partnership processes and stakeholder engagement to translate municipal concepts into executable reality.

Co-founded and executed the physical development of a 13,000 sq ft adaptive-reuse outdoor community gathering space engineered for collective healing and human connection. Raised $1M+ in philanthropic capital through donor dinners and fundraising campaigns, while cultivating long-term institutional relationships to support ongoing programming and operational expenses.

Architected place-based regenerative development through OASES’s E.S.T.U.A.R.I.I. framework, integrating eco-sustainability, sanctuary development, and impact funding to enable community regeneration. In 2026 alone, helped secure $5M+ in funding while leading multidisciplinary teams of 40+ across development, design, fundraising, and operations.

Orchestrated end-to-end development of a $30M regenerative real estate initiative, authoring a business plan and 10-year operating proforma that helped secure a $15M Lohengrin Foundation grant. Led a cross-functional team of 16+ professionals and 20+ community partners across architectural process management, interior design curation, and multi-year programming while forming partnerships with IFF,

Led a full company rebrand and strategic repositioning to strengthen market messaging and organizational alignment.

Provided transitional executive leadership for a startup coalition, architecting governance foundations, organizational structures, and initial MOUs. Managed alignment across seven institutional partners, secured $150K+ in startup capital, and drove government relations efforts to connect local initiatives with state and municipal stakeholders.
