I've supported high-volume SaaS and logistics operations, resolving complex customer, account, release, platform, and operational issues from investigation through resolution.

At UnitedMasters, I supported more than 1,000 customers monthly on a digital distribution platform, reviewed approximately 400 submissions daily, and managed roughly 100 customer cases per week. I earned the team’s highest Investigation Quality Score and strengthened support consistency through SOPs, internal documentation, and workflow guidance.

At Roadie, a UPS company, I led and coached eight support specialists while overseeing approximately 200 daily escalations. I supported enterprise accounts including Delta Air Lines, Coca-Cola, Walmart, and Tractor Supply, and helped pilot Premier Support workflows for higher-touch customers.

I’m also building Miya, a personal AI assistant prototype using Python-based tools, persistent memory, file search, task planning, local device workflows, and a SwiftUI status interface. I translate user needs into product requirements, workflows, test cases, and implementation plans while working hands-on across troubleshooting, documentation, QA, and rapid iteration.
