I’m looking for an HR-focused role where I can own people operations end-to-end—performance management, HR governance, and talent acquisition—while using people analytics and strong stakeholder communication to deliver measurable outcomes.

I’m an Operations and People Manager with experience leading teams, improving day-to-day execution, and resolving people and process issues quickly. I bring a strong people-first approach, backed by HR-focused education and hands-on HR internship work.

In my recent role, I led a team of 11 staff, mediating conflicts and reducing workplace disputes by 30%. I also drove year-on-year sales growth of 15% by building client relationships and negotiating credit terms, while improving cash flow by reducing overdue payments by 22%.
