I'm currently managing end-to-end HR operations at R.K.I. Building Technologies Inc., from job postings and applicant screening through offers and onboarding.
I monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, biometric records, and timekeeping reports to support accurate payroll processing. I also support probationary performance evaluations and maintain appraisal documentation.
I serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, help facilitate resolutions, and support disciplinary actions in line with company policies and labor standards. I assist with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO enrollment, employee orientations, and policy implementation.
Previously, I supported administrative and HR work at Divine Word Hospital, including 201-file organization, interviews, DTR printing, and customer inquiries. I hold a Cum Laude degree in Human Resource Management and am a Certified Human Resource Associate.
