I’m a data entry-focused administrative professional with over 10 years delivering information and services to diverse customers across hospitality, medical, and call center environments. I bring a strong foundation in document handling, appointment scheduling, proofreading, and operating computers and office equipment to support pay records, invoices, balance sheets, and other reporting needs.
I’m highly dependable and detail-oriented, with experience in fast-paced, service-driven roles. In hospitality, I cleaned, pressed, and folded linens for approximately 250 rooms in a timely manner, and I communicated effectively both verbally and in writing while training new employees.
I also support accurate records and smooth front-desk operations through my receptionist and medical receptionist experience, including preparing reports, invoices, financial statements, letters, and medical records. I’ve extended my workflow skills into fundraising and bookkeeping work, including posting data and processing payments, and I’m eager to bring that same accuracy to a remote-eligible data entry role.
