What I'm looking for

I’m seeking entry-level, junior, or trainee opportunities in virtual assistance or administrative support. I’m willing to learn scheduling, inbox management, document organization, and other administrative systems while providing day-to-day support.

My medical engineering practical attachments at The Nairobi Hospital and Pumwani Maternity Hospital gave me experience following workplace procedures and supporting daily operations.

At The Nairobi Hospital, I conducted morning rounds in wards and theatres to check that medical equipment was functioning before procedures. I also assisted with equipment servicing, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

At Pumwani Maternity Hospital, I participated in practical medical engineering activities and supported equipment checks and maintenance under staff guidance.

I’m seeking an entry-level virtual assistant or administrative support role. I’m comfortable with email, online research, document preparation, Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Office, and I’m willing to learn scheduling and inbox management.
