What I'm looking for

I seek remote roles in medical virtual assistance or telehealth coordination where I can apply clinical documentation, EHR, and patient communication skills in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

I am a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nairobi and clinical experience at national and private referral hospitals. I have supported patient assessment, documentation, appointment coordination, and patient education in high-volume care settings.

Currently I am transitioning into Medical Virtual Assistance and completing certifications in medical virtual assistance, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare administration for remote support. I am developing telehealth workflows, virtual patient coordination, and remote documentation management skills.

My clinical roles have emphasized accurate medical documentation, confidentiality, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, patient-centered care. I have also worked as a research assistant, collecting and organizing health research data and preparing documentation for academic evaluation.

I am detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to efficient, confidential virtual healthcare support using EHR navigation, scheduling tools, and remote communication platforms to improve patient flow and follow-up.
