Jane Wanjiru

I am a passionate Health & Wellness Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience supporting wellness professionals and managing client relationships. I combine strong administrative abilities with a deep interest in nutrition and fitness to help clients thrive.

I organize schedules, manage email and calendar workflows, and coordinate appointments while maintaining accurate client records. I am detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in project coordination and client follow-ups.

I create engaging wellness content for blogs, newsletters, and social media, and I conduct research on nutrition, fitness, and wellness trends to inform programs and materials. I use tools such as Canva, Trello, Asana, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams to deliver polished work.

I hold a Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (Kenya Medical Training College, 2025) and completed Virtual Assistant Training with the International Youth Empowerment Foundation. I am fluent in English and Kiswahili and driven to support holistic wellness initiatives.
