What I'm looking for

I seek clinical or community nutrition roles where I can deliver medical nutrition therapy, mentor or teach, collaborate across disciplines, and grow in leadership while improving patient and population health.

I am a registered dietitian with clinical experience at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, where I assess nutritional status, develop individualized nutrition care plans, and provide medical nutrition therapy for complex conditions such as diabetes, renal disease, HIV/AIDS and malnutrition.

I combine clinical dietetics with teaching and service roles — formerly a science teacher and proctor — bringing strengths in meal planning, patient counselling, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve health and learning outcomes.

I have led small teams, optimized processes, and used specialized software and electronic health records to analyse menus, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality nutrition care and health promotion.
