I'm looking for a customer-focused role where I can resolve complex inquiries, communicate clearly across channels, and contribute reliable support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

I've supported users at Testronic Ltd., resolving technical, account, billing, and gameplay issues through digital ticketing systems while maintaining accuracy and speed under pressure.
