What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build my career in a growing organization where I can help achieve organizational goals, keep learning, improve my social and leadership skills, and contribute with discipline, flexibility, and initiative.

I've supported customers at Atos Polska S.A, handling incoming calls and emails, providing product and service information, resolving complaints, and escalating issues to supervisors.

At Hatch-Tech Solutions, Ltd., I resolved user issues and deployed ecommerce websites. I also worked as an English LQA Game Tester at Testronic, identifying translation, spelling, tone, style, and cultural issues and reporting them in Jira.
