What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role managing regional programmes that advance rights-based alternatives to detention, with collaborative, mission-driven teams and opportunities to influence policy and scale impact.

I am a humanitarian and health programme leader with over a decade of experience managing multi-country initiatives across Africa, focused on rights-based services for displaced and vulnerable populations.

In my current role as Clinic Administrator at AAR Healthcare Kenya, I lead quality improvement, compliance oversight, staff capacity building, and donor reporting, ensuring service excellence and accountability.

Previously I managed USAID-funded programmes and served as Technical Health & Nutrition Manager in South Sudan, coordinating strategic planning, donor compliance, advocacy, and partnerships with governments, UN agencies, and grassroots organisations.

I bring proven strengths in advocacy and policy influence, project development and fundraising, strategic leadership of cross-cultural teams, and a deep commitment to advancing the rights, dignity, and freedom of migrants and refugees across the region.
