I am a clinical officer and global health professional with over 20 years' experience delivering and supporting public health programs across Kenya, including long-term service with Médecins Sans Frontières, AMREF, and collaborations with county and national Ministries of Health. I have led program design and implementation for HIV, PMTCT, TB, STIs, viral hepatitis, maternal and child health, and harm reduction, and contributed to national guideline and policy development.
I provide technical leadership in planning, budgeting, commodity forecasting, monitoring & evaluation, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong record of transitioning projects into sustainable, government-owned services. I mentor teams, drive integrated service scale-up, and support evidence-informed guideline review and operational learning to improve access for vulnerable and marginalized populations.

Providing technical advisory support on harm reduction, HIV, STI and viral hepatitis service integration; member of national TWG reviewing Kenya's STI and Viral Hepatitis Guidelines and supporting clinical quality improvements.
Led technical and medical strategy for the Kiambu Harm Reduction Project, oversaw planning, budgeting, commodity forecasting and M&E, and managed transition of services and 49 staff to county MOH.
Managed day-to-day clinical and public health activities, supervised integrated HIV/TB/SRH services, and supported program planning, reporting and commodity monitoring to maintain service continuity.
Delivered clinical care and patient follow-up for the first HCV treatment program for PWUD in Kenya, integrating HCV services with harm reduction and informing national policy discussions.
Provided comprehensive primary health care in Kibera including HIV/TB, PMTCT, maternal health, NCDs and SGBV services, and supported community outreach and referrals in informal settlements.
