I’m seeking an admin role where I can provide reliable administrative support, assist with employee and candidate coordination, and help keep daily operations organized and efficient.

At MC GLOBAL FREIGHT SOLUTIONS INC., I coordinated ocean import shipments with clients, shipping lines, freight forwarders, port representatives, and drivers. I communicated shipment status, schedules, and customs clearance requirements.

I reviewed import documents, prepared pro forma customs duties and tax computations, and coordinated document corrections. I also monitored vessel and container movements using shipping line and port tracking systems.
