What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue providing direct patient care, emergency response, and clinical leadership while supporting safe, high-quality care and staff education.

I've provided emergency and acute-care nursing at Mayo Clinic and Mercy One, delivering triage, IV therapy, medication administration, life-saving measures, and coordination of continued care. As a Mayo Clinic Nurse Supervisor, I supported hospital safety and quality, managed staffing and bed flow, coordinated transfers, and delivered ER staff education.

I've also managed health needs for more than 2,000 students as a Licensed School Nurse and currently provide prehospital care as an RN-Exempt AEMT and First Responder. With more than 16 years of nursing experience and over nine years in emergency nursing, I bring active Iowa and Minnesota RN licenses, BLS, ACLS, Cerner, EPIC, and ultrasound IV insertion experience.
