What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a nursing role where I can deliver safe, high-quality stepdown/critical-care support, strengthen chronic disease management, and lead through patient education and teamwork—while continuing my nursing education as I pursue my BSN.

I’m a Tele-monitored/stepdown (IMCU) Registered Nurse currently working at Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital. I assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients—administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting progress accurately in the electronic medical record while collaborating with physicians, nurses, therapists, and social workers.

I’ve also floated to ER, ICU, Med/surg, and the wound care clinic, and I completed clinical rotations in CVICU, OR, and L&D. I bring strong patient advocacy and education skills, including coordinated discharge planning and training/mentoring new RNs; earlier, I served as a Nurse manager at Timber Oaks Assisted Living by building policies, updating ISP (care plans) quarterly, and facilitating DHS-compliant continuing education, while supporting residents through direct care.
