Lauren Bressette

I’m an Emergency Room Nurse with 11 years of proven autonomous registered nursing experience, focused on compassionate, patient- and family-centered care. In emergent situations, I rely on quick thinking, empathy, and strong clinical judgment to deliver effective, efficient care to diverse populations.

I bring leadership through my role as a preceptor for new registered nurses in the emergency room, training and educating others on protocols and clinical skills. I’m also committed to evidence-based emergency preparedness, supported by current ACLS and PALS certifications and CPI training.

Previously, I served as a Nurse Supervisor at a school, ensuring individual student and staff safety while working autonomously. I performed nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, family and physician contact, and follow-up care—while educating staff on health awareness and providing hands-on emergency training such as CPR/First Aid and EpiPen/allergy-related preparedness.

My practice is guided by ongoing professional development and community impact, including work with Stop the Bleed training and emergency preparedness initiatives. With a master’s degree in nursing focused on emergency preparedness and additional training such as Narcan and crisis intervention, I’m seeking a challenging environment where I can fully exercise my skills and continue growing my impact.
