I've designed enterprise SaaS, healthcare, fintech, and workflow products for clients including Atos, NHS Wales, Heart of Midlothian FC, Credalgo, i2i, and NUMA Oxygen. As the sole designer across multiple engagements, I take products from research and strategy through design, prototyping, handoff, and iteration.
At Stellar Omada, I designed HeartsTV from concept to launch, redesigned i2i's platform and companion mobile app, and created onboarding tools and training dashboards for Atos Pensions. I also build scalable design systems, work directly with engineers and stakeholders, and use usability testing and Agile feedback to make complex journeys clearer and more consistent.
