What I'm looking for

I am seeking a full-time customer service role in a constructive, team-oriented environment where I can use my salon and healthcare front-desk experience, manage scheduling and client relations, and grow professionally.

I am a licensed Barber/Cosmetology Manager with extensive hands-on experience as a hair stylist, salon owner, and groups manager.

I have run my own studio, Curly Girl Studio by JamieAnn, and served as Groups Manager/Cashier Manager at Sunburst, handling customer service, group scheduling, payments, and client communications. I also worked as a Patient Access Representative (II) at SSM Health, where I managed appointment scheduling and front-desk intake.

I bring reliable client relations, appointment coordination, phone and email communication, and cash handling expertise. I am motivated to apply my blend of salon and healthcare front-desk experience to a full-time customer service role where I can learn and grow.
