I’ve spent nearly a decade as a Lead Stylist at Great Clips, building my day-to-day confidence through real customer volume. I lead by staying calm, communicating clearly, and delivering thorough consultations that help guests feel heard.

My routine includes entering customers into a database, greeting guests, answering phones, and supporting smooth appointment flow. I’m trusted with cash handling and have strong phone etiquette, so every interaction feels organized and professional.

Alongside hair styling, I bring hands-on experience with body waxing, cashiering, cleaning, laundry, and general serving support. I also have experience with upselling and guest services, plus multitasking that keeps the front of the salon running efficiently.

I’m a licensed cosmetologist (Cosmetology License, January 2014 to January 2019) and I’ve developed additional strengths in communication, time management, and store management. I take pride in customer service, client interaction via phone calls, and creating a welcoming experience from start to finish.
