What I'm looking for

I'm looking to leverage my expertise in functional and regression testing to ensure software quality in a remote role.

At Barclays, I directed end-to-end testing for websites, mobile applications, and partner offer handoffs. I validated Adobe Experience Manager Assets integrations and checked API responses, asset rendering, and offer journeys before, during, and after releases.

At J.P. Morgan Chase, I worked on marketing systems delivery across Workfront, Screendragon, and Pega. I configured workflows, supported requirements and testing, and coordinated monthly releases using Scrum and Kanban.

Earlier at J.P. Morgan Chase, I managed a team of 15 UAT testers as Marketing Delivery Lead and implemented a partially automated governance framework. As a Business Process Lead / Business Process Analyst, I used SQL to analyze rewards data and planned and executed UAT for campaigns and a rewards statement redesign.
